PRE-REGISTRATION
Pre-registration is valid once we have received :
- the application form filled.
- a deposit of 50% of the total price (which will be deducted from the cost of the programme when finalizing payment), or full payment.
As soon as we receive the above elements, we will send you a pre-registration confirmation and further information about the Total French Experience programme you have chosen.
Balance fourteen days prior to the course's start date.
CANCELLATION
In the case of cancellation by the student, the following fees will be retained:
- No reimbursement will be made for late arrival after the course has started, departure before the end of the course, a change in the package requested or the student withdrawing from the course.
Any programme which has been started has to be totally paid for.
VISAS
You should enquire a visa as soon as possible from the French Embassy or from the nearest consulate. Your travel agent can also organize a tourist visa for you.
INSURANCE
Total French Experience’s teacher has a civil and professional liability insurance policy, in accordance with current regulations. Before leaving home, you must take out an individual insurance policy covering all risks incurred during your journey and your stay (illness, repatriation, loss or theft of personal belongings, material or physical damage caused to yourself or to anyone by yourself). Total French Experience will not be held responsible for any kind of unexpected incidents or accident which could occur to you during your stay.
SPECIAL CLAUSE
Total French Experience reserves the right to modify the programme and the conditions of stay if required by circumstances.
